INTRODUCTION Nursing students experience enormous stress to meet the professional demands [1]. Considerably, resilience is an essential quality that equips them to meet this demand [2]. According to the American Psychological Association [2014], resilience can be defined as, â€Å"the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or even significant sources of stress.† It was reported in nursing students that they experience moderate to high level of perceived stress and this is negatively associated with resilience [3].
